I've met a few friends from the college Anime Club, of which I'm not the president. I've actually met a couple friends just by wearing anime shirts, which work great as conversation starters. And if I make a new friend, and later find out he/she likes anime, it makes for a great bonding point.

Best joke I have ever heard. XD I was once part of an anime club, then it turned into hell with a dash of yaoi and furries.

But, I made friends over High School of the Dead and Mirai Nikki, so I'm ok now. XD
