I think I'm starting to lose weight more because of being busy and stressed.

It's good for you in general, but depending on how much protein you start taking in a super high protein diet can be hard on your liver/kidneys. Water helps this. But that is a LOT of protein so I'd only start "worrying" about that if you're doing protein shakes, meals that are primarily meat, and so on.
