I lost 2 more lbs. Bringing me to 123.
I think I'm starting to lose weight more because of being busy and stressed.

The only thing you do need to focus on is drinking a lot of water. It's good for you in general, but depending on how much protein you start taking in a super high protein diet can be hard on your liver/kidneys. Water helps this. But that is a LOT of protein so I'd only start "worrying" about that if you're doing protein shakes, meals that are primarily meat, and so on.

Does increase my consummation of soy and variate of nuts be the replacement. I'm not too into eating a lot of meat. I get heart burn from moderate/high consumption.

X_X I still remember I almost died from dehydration after I drank a coconut soy shake + protein powder, and walked about 6 miles during 100+ F sun back home like I usually do when I took summer class. lol I loved the valley summer heat. Dry heat is the best for losing water weight. Now I live in region where the summer time= the high humidity. x_x

@Bobobo,

I forgive my haste in writing this but I have little time. I haven't read the whole thread but I'd be interested in your height, age and weight. If you'd prefer to PM me that's fine. I ask because as a person that weighs very little, added protein can be hard on your internal organs, especially your liver and kidneys. More on this if you PM me.

I have a product and a course of action that might help you.

As a women, especially with a high metabolism, your body is at a dilemma. Building muscle is something you may not even be interested in, but if you are, both your metabolism, and lack of testosterone will make it a difficult task.

For you, I'd recommend you increase your intake of both protein, fats, and carbs but about 20 grams per day each. This will give you an extra shot of 350 calories into your daily diet, and the added protein can help the muscle.

There is a product called "BIG100" meal replacement bar. It's called this because it is a 100Gram "meal replacement bar". It's made by Met-RX and you can buy them for $2/each at a grocery store. You might think "wow I bet it tastes like ass". You'd be wrong. Chiaki will tell you, these things literally taste like desert. They come in such flavors as Chocolate cookie crunch, which is like a diet oreo with icing, and chocolate chip cookie dough, which even has the consistency of cookie dough.

You might think, "I can't eat it, I am lactose intolerant". Some of them, are made with soy protein, some whey protein. If you look for the soy protein ones (cookie crunch) you might be safe. The only ingredients I see that look lactose are "milk protein concentrate" which I'm not sure is even lactose since its just the protein and not the lactose, and WAAAAAAY down the list is a bit of "Milk powder". You might buy one and eat half of it and see how you do on it.

If you eat one of these a day IN BETWEEN meals, you'll gain weight. If you lift weights with it, you'll gain muscle.

Cheers. PM me.

Wow I have to say, I'm rather impressed by the dilegence of everyone participating, and might I say keep up the good work!

My university just installed a new gym, so I checked it out yesterday, Biked for 40 mintues, curls, arm/leg presses worked the back and chest...Sore as all hell right now. I don't have classes wed so I plan on getting back in there, I'll problaly work the chest and arms considering I can't even walk straight due to my poor thigh muscles.

Moreover I jump back in JKD next month and those guys are no bloody joke(they work us to the effing bone). I remember I saw obvious results just two weeks in the summer so I look forward to what I can accomplish. Moreover a good friend of mine works at GNC and promised me some good deals on supplements.

I think I'll jump in as well, I'll post my stats sometime soon. This is exciting, getting-in-shape n all together. We'll all be a big fit(and sexy) happy family now wont we?

Great Job so far everyone and STICK WITH IT!

This is the best gift I can give you for now, the gift without form called Memory. I have no money, I cannot buy you much with form. Even so, Memory will last Forever!

Another week, another check-in!

I lost 2.6 pounds. Nothing off the waist but I FINALLY lost something of my butt!!! YAY! .25in
It's not much, I know, but since that is my "problem area" even that amount I am ecstatic about!

I admit I've fallen off the work-out bandwagon this week... But I'm trying to still be diligent with what I eat to make up for it, seems like its going okay!!

I have my first legs and back workout tonight from P90X2. Goal is 200 pullups tonight. We'll see. I will post my results here later tonight.

Just did P90X2 Back and Base + Ab Ripper X2. I think I'm going to hurl.

I did fail though...only could do 154 pullups, which brings my 7 day total to 350. But I mean seriously....we aren't just doing pullups anymore. Now we do super wide grip pullups, and instead of going straight up over the bar, we bring our chins to the backs of our hands and back down...much harder.

This workout was 20 sets; 10 sets of pullups and 10 sets of plyometrics, alternating. Plus 15 minutes of an ab workout that I thought I was going to hurl...

Currently my favorite new P90X2 move. Renegade Row + 1/2 Lolasana. Link below. This guy is a pussy though because he just rows the power stands, I row 35lbs.
