The first Sentence Does: Boku wa Aidan Desu = I am Aidan

The Second doesn't.... The long u isn't common to see in romanji, normally you use an 'ou' combination to illongate a u, even in Romanji. Or, in this instance you use two u's. I'm guessing, correct me if I'm wrong, but you looked up in a dictionary for "addict" and that's where you got chūdoku? It makes more sense to readers of romanji to use two u's because the word is: chuudoku. The 'chu' is one hiragana character, and the 'u' is another if you were to write it in Hiragana.

You may also be using the wrong word for addiction... Japanese is tricky, chuudoku is the adjective for addiction, like you are trapped in a state of addiction, but I think you're looking for the noun. I'd recommend Jyouyousha, it's a "consistand user" type of addict, and given the context makes more sense.

Also, since the subject of the second sentence is the same as the first, you can drop the 'boku wa.' You only need to use 'wa' again when you change the subject to a new subject, or if you're using complex sentences and it could be confusing so you should remind the listener.

I'm guessing you want to say "I am an anime addict" because of the vocabulary. The 'no' is the posessive marker, and whatever word you have before the 'no' is the posessive. The way you have it now says: I am an addict's anime. Which, while interesting, I don't think is what you meant. So you'd need to switch the word. Just remember the word before the 'no' in the posessive gets the apostraphe-s.

So, I'd recommend: Boku wa Aidan desu. Anime no Jyouyousha desu.
