I think it's because I have such an active imagination I always have really vivid dreams... Normally once a month I wake up either really happy or upset from a good dream or a nightmare. So it's hard to pick out the "most" vivid...
Most recently (in this past week)..... I had a super vivid dream where I was out shopping and I ran into one of my really good friends and through a series of events I happened to see them kill someone. I found out they had ran into debt to the Vietnamese Mafia (does that even make sense?) that was running out of dollar stores as a front, and basically had been forced into dirty work for the mob. So like the first part of the dream was struggling with dealing with seeing one of these people who I'm close with kill an innocent person and then when I finally told them and tried to help I became a target for the mob which then caused problems for him because he didn't want to hurt his friends.
I woke up before it really had a resolution so I don't know what happens next perse. But I remember re-watching the scene of them killing someone in my head over and over for the day.
I dream almost every time I go to sleep... At least 5 times a week, and during naps if they're longer than 2 hours (which they normally are for me...)
And yes, I've had repeating dreams throughout my life. The kind of dreams that have repeated for me have changed throughout my life. When I was about 9-15 I had the same dream of running through a crumbling fortress that was being overtaken by jungle. But parts of it were still active with some kind of people or organization. I knew I had to get out and that someone was chasing me but I never saw what or who, I always kept ahead of them but never got out.
Most of my repeating dreams now don't repeat as often as that one did. Though sometimes I do get a continuation dream, where I pick up where I left off. Those can be the best... or worst.
One where I'm in a world other than my own... I can have really good dreams where I'm in my world of course, but I can also have really good things happen to me for real or make them happen. Whereas I can't be in a different universe from a book I like, or a TV show I really enjoyed. So no matter how good, or bad, I normally enjoy dreams where I'm helping Sherlock, or a witch in the Harry Potter Universe, or just in some random fantasy land.

This one is hard... I've been very privileged to have seen and done a lot of cool stuff. First things that come to mind are (and I know I'll kick myself later for forgetting something obvious):
I was in a plane when one of the wing engines exploded and we had to make an emergency landing. I've seen a ghost. I wore Nick Carter's Jacket (of the Backstreet Boys) when I was like 13 and this was a big deal, it smelled nice. I stumbled on a VIP fashion show in Harujuku and was let in anyways. I've been under the effects of nitrogen narcosis.
