Before you make a request, Read This

If you are reading this, congratulations, you are likely among the elite few who actually pay attention and follow directions. A.K.A I already like you

So, before making a request I would like to acquaint you with a few things.

We have reviews pages, and blogs, that list and summarize all the reviews we have done AND go in-depth when there are available blog posts. So before requesting something I recommend you make sure we haven't done it already. Take a look at this page:

At the bottom there is a "full list" as well, of just text, that way you can CTRL+F what you're looking for.

Another convenient function on the main site is the "Search" Bar in the header on the top right. You can type in the name of an anime, or perhaps the idea for a topic (though this will be less accurate)

Please check this before requesting an anime. We have (as of this post) reviewed 250 anime, over 20 hentai, and a handful of manga. Chances are we MAY have reviewed your request already.

We went over these a loooong time ago on an episode I believe, but I thought I'd put them here so they can be recorded in a way that is easy to read.

Considerations when requesting...

If the show is longer than 24 episodes then we only can promise that we will commit to watching the first 24, not the full 50, 60, 100+ episodes that a show may be.

If a show is broken into clear multiple seasons (I.E. Kimi Ni Todoke 1 & 2) You may request a specific season, but we do not promise that we will watch any preceding seasons.

Movies and OVAs will generally be reviewed first, just because they take less time to wrap up. Longer series are harder to fit in.

You CAN request a specific host to review the anime, however, if another host has already seen some or all of it they may do the review instead

We don't have any formal priorities for the reviews which come in (I.E. reviewing them in the order we receive them)

Can we make donations to speed up requests of stuff we like? For example 10 bucks to get you to put at least one volume of a manga or one episode of a tv series or ova closer to the top of your que?
