I was going to suggest talking about live action films and TV shows made from Anime or Manga but I have seen that you already did that in episode 64, I listened to it and the TV shows / films mentioned were:
Zeiram (loved this, didn't know it was based on an anime. I haven't seen the sequel though),
Oldboy (again Great),
Sailor Moon - (So bad it's good so far (about 8 episodes left), although I prefer Jupiter over Mars),
Death note (only seen 1 & 2. Ended different to the Anime & Manga, not seen the third film),
Boogiepop (not seen this),
Higurashi (not seen this),
Speed Racer (not seen this),
Nana / Nana 2 (not seen these),
Parasite EVE (not seen this),

and very brief mentions of:
GTO (not seen this),
Initial D (not seen this),
Street Racing (not seen this),
La Blue Girl (not seen any),
Battle Royale (loved this, sequel not as good) &
Dragonball Evolution(I enjoyed this but I do love bad movies anyway).

There are more out there you could talk about, eg: Lupin the Third: Strange Psychokinetic Strategy, Detroit Metal City, Cutey Honey (Film & TV series), Fist Of The North Star, Lone Wolf & Cub (Films and TV series), Casshern, Blood The Last Vampire, Lady Snowblood, Kekko Kamen (there are lots) & Riki-Oh are just some suggestions.

Perhaps you could discuss films or TV shows that you think could become great anime films or series.

Additionally you could do a brief round upevery season of what is in the line up for live action shows based on manga / anime, only if time permits of course.
