I think I would probably need a more detailed explanation of what you're doing to help.

You gotta have an active internet connection to install it. Maybe thats the problem?

I just purchased Diablo 3 standard edition and just made the BattleTag: KRSol#1486

Waiting for the download and a list of things to do tomorrow to actually start rolling out my Demon Hunter in solo-play then join up with all of you (if connection is REALLY GOOD).

I finished Act I on a European server yesterday. If this group will be playing together as a team I'll consider making a character on a US server as well. I'm not sure how multiplayer games would work though, I'm still playing single player.
