Nazo no Kanojo X 1-3 it was hilarious and I loved the background carnival music.

Hyouka Episode 1 I'm going to say is going to be one of my favorite anime this year in term of background designs and the use of classical music as ost. Though it's a few notches below Yoshitoshi ABe art design.

Rea must be the most unrealistic zombie ever (oh wait, that place is already taken by Ayumu), but she makes up for some great fanservice (link NSFW!).

Yup, Japan would be the only country that could come up with moe zombies. Not that I'm complaining though.
