    • This is what Westerners commonly call ‘sake’
    • A Product of brewing
    • Made from fermented rice
      • Despite sometimes being called “rice wine” the process is more similar to beer
    • Most sake is about 40 proof
    • Can be served hot or cold depending on type and flavor
    • Featured in Moyashimon
    • eyeshield 21, their coach is a big alcoholic and is always drinking sake out of a jug

  • Awamori
    • Unique to Okinawa
    • Made from long grain rice
    • Not a product of brewing but of distilling

Souchu – as seen in: Vocaloid

  • Vocaloid 2 Lily is featured on a bottle of alcohol “Mou Souchu Lily” in a courtesan costume
  • Distilled beverage from barley/buckwheat/rice/sweet potatoes
  • Normally 25% ABV

  • The Life Fiber (Inspired by Kill La Kill)

  • The Paralyzed Moe (Inspired by Brynhider in the Darkness)
    • Cake Vodka

    • 1 Small Slice of Cake
    • 3 Tablespoons Rainbow Sprinkles
    • Blend Together adding cream/milk as necessary, serve with whipped cream on top and garnish with more sprinkles and a cherry
